Hey - found you from ultimate-express then checked out your website - seems you're quite awesome - please take care! :-) It's funny how many very with great minds in so many ways are struggling with mental health. I think it's not just a coincidence. I think if one takes their own mind too serious + the ideas it holds. It can create both a direct source of easily accessed stress -> cortisol - helpful for productivity, not soo good for the longterm (mental) health. And on the second level it creates a sleep problem as one may delay sleep forever feeling right in the flow, while actually being sleep deprived - the sleeping habits are one key critical point. But it often does not feel right and productive to just goto sleep at the right time - every time... with all screen off and relaxation routine^^
